Giulia Conte

Giulia is a Solicitor with over 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. She advises on sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, buy to let purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and registered and unregistered land.

Buying and/or selling your home can be an extremely stressful time and Giulia aims to ensure that the process is as quick and smooth as possible, building a good relationship with clients in order to provide a personal and efficient service.

Giulia speaks fluent Italian and some French, and has worked in Bedford, Milton Keynes, Newport Pagnell and spent a year working for an Italian law firm in Imola.

In her spare time Giulia enjoys travelling to Italy to visit family and enjoys eating out and yoga when she can.
