   • Initial checks of contract documentation, carrying out searches and raising enquiries. On a leasehold property this would include enquiries of the landlord / management company
   • Considering search results and replies received in order to prepare a Purchase Report
   • Reporting to you on the purchase
   • Arranging a purchase report meeting for you to attend to discuss the purchase, sign contract papers and discuss completion dates
   • Exchange of contracts
   • Complete the purchase

   • Arrange meeting for you to attend to sign contract papers and discuss completion dates
   • Exchange of contracts
   • Obtain a redemption statement from the lender
   • Complete the sale which includes mortgage redemption (if any) and distribute net sale proceeds and pay estate agent’s commission (if applicable)
